ALL VAT SERVICES (AVATS)

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use ("GTCU") is to provide a legal framework for the provision of the website and services by ALL VAT SERVICES  and to define the conditions of access to and use of the services by users.

These Terms and Conditions of Use are available on the site under the heading "Terms and Conditions of Use".

Any use of the site implies the user's unreserved and unrestricted acceptance of these GTCU. When registering on the site via the Contact Form, each user expressly accepts these GTCU by ticking the box preceding the following text: "I acknowledge that I have read and understood the GTCU and the privacy policy and I accept them".

In the event of non-acceptance of these GTCU, the user must renounce access to the services offered by the site.

The company ALL VAT SERVICES reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these GTCU at any time.


ARTICLE 1: ACCESS TO THE SITE

 
The AVATS site is accessible free of charge from any location to any user with Internet access. All costs incurred by the user in accessing the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the user's expense.

The "client portal" is accessible only to client users who hold an engagement letter with ALL VAT SERVICES  and specific access identifiers. To access the "customer portal", users must identify themselves using the login and password they have been given. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the user-member undertakes to provide truthful and accurate information concerning his/her civil status and contact details, in particular his/her email address.
Access to the "client portal" will cease in the event of termination of the engagement letter concluded between the user and ALL VAT SERVICES  for any reason whatsoever. 

Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of ALL VAT SERVICES . In such cases, the user agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without prior notice.

ARTICLE 2: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Trademarks, logos, signs and all site content (text, images, sound, etc.) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and, more specifically, by copyright.

The company ALL VAT SERVICES  holds, reserves and retains all property rights, in particular intellectual property rights, including reproduction rights on this site and the elements it contains. Consequently, and in particular, any representation and/or reproduction and/or use of all or part of this site and the elements it contains is strictly forbidden without the written authorisation of ALL VAT SERVICES .

The logos and all other distinctive signs contained on this site are the property of ALL VAT SERVICES or are the subject of an authorisation for use. No right or licence may be granted in respect of any of these elements without the written authorisation of ALL VAT SERVICES or the third party holding the rights.

Any total or partial representation of this site by any process whatsoever without the express authorisation of the website operator shall constitute an infringement punishable in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code in force at the time.

In accordance with article L122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code, users who reproduce, copy or publish protected content must cite the author and source.

The sources of the information published on the AVATS site are deemed reliable, but the site does not guarantee that it is free from defects, errors or omissions.

Despite regular updates, the AVATS site cannot be held responsible for any changes in administrative or legal provisions occurring after publication. Similarly, the site cannot be held responsible for the use and interpretation of the information contained on this site.

Where applicable, users must ensure that their password is kept secret. Any disclosure of the password, in whatever form, is prohibited. Users assume all risks associated with the use of their login and password. The site declines all responsibility.

The AVATS site cannot be held responsible for any viruses that may infect the user's computer or any other hardware following use, access or downloading from this site.

The site cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.

Hypertext links may be present on the AVATS site. Users are informed that by clicking on these links, they will leave the AVATS site. The latter has no control over the web pages to which these links lead and may not, under any circumstances, be held responsible for their content, advertising, products or services available.

These links are offered to users of the AVATS site as a service. The decision to activate the links rests exclusively with the users. 


ARTICLE 5: APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

French law applies to these GTCU. If a dispute between the parties cannot be resolved amicably, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
